The State-of-the-art New Factory - M/S. VISHIVKARMA BIKES is manufacturing Complete Bicycles. The Group has installed latest machinery (both imported and domestically made viz.Cold forging, CNC Turning, Sheet Cutting, Plating (Zink & Chrome), phosphating , Heat Treatment, Paint Shop, Testing Lab, Tool Room (equippoed with modern die making machine), Effluent Treatment Plant etc. To excel in quality, we are carrying out incoming inspection of each components & consumables, Chemical analysis of each lot of raw material, calibration of instruments, preventive maintenance of machinery, Rejection
analysis, 100% inspection of lots at different stages, internal quality audits, Proper System of Material
identification & its traceability, vendor rating & worker's
training. Work environments is fully computerized (ERP, AUTOCAD etc.)
Group is paying special attention for the welfare & safety of its workers (more than 600 in number). Also , giving special
attention to make the environment clean by planting trees. Liberally donating for the social and religious causes. Running educational institutions.
